Where is your shop?

Currently, you can only shop via my Etsy or in person at a market pop-up.

How long will my order take?

Most orders are mailed out within 1-2 weeks. Custom orders such as pet portraits may take up to a week longer. Once mailed, most orders reach their destination within a week or so.

Where is my tracking number?

For extra security, all orders come with tracking. You should receive an email notification containing the tracking number when it ships, however if you cannot find it, do reach out and I can provide it to you..

Something is missing and/or damaged?

Oh no! If an item is missing from your order, or if something arrives damaged, please reach out to me so I can make it right. I will not charge additional shipping to make things right.
